The Nordengren Group was founded in1998, based on the insight, that the development of algorithms, could increase profitability for investment in recruiting new customers. The first algorithms proved to increase the number of customers for the same amount invested. Not only did
the algorithms increase the number of customers, but the algorithm also proved to increase the average lifetime value of the customers recruited. The measurements showed that the algorithm will increase both ROI and growth for any brand. Based on our development and finding, the Bonnier Publishing Group used our algorithm in order for them to increase their ROI and growth in their various business areas such as Bonnier Daily Newspapers, Bonnier Magazines, Bonnier Books, and Bonnier E-Commerce business. Nordengren ett released its first E-Commerce solution for the Bonnier Group in1998 and delivered to the Bonnier Group the first CRM system in 2002.
The subscription industry had in the 1990s and early 2000 invested billions, in order to be able to develop a subscription commerce system, that would be able to support all different business models. Previously all efforts to develop such a system failed and the shared belief among experts, within the industry, was that it was an impossible task. Nordengren ett stood up to the challenge of trying to develop an AI Unified Commerce system that would be able to support all different business models. And being able to integrate Standard Commerce with Subscription Commerce, Membership Commerce, E-Commerce etc.
In 2009 after 10 years of partial failures and partial successes, the Nordengren Group finally succeeded to develop an AI Unified Commerce system that could support all different business models. This was an achievement due to hard work, by a number of people working, closely together towards a common goal for a very long period of time. Knowledge takes time to acquire. And there is no shortcut to knowledge. Time is the most valuable resource for all of us. 2017 we started the development, to separate our big enterprise system into separate, but still integrated applications. By separeting our large enterprise system into smaller modern applications, we are still able to
integrate Standard Commerce with Unified Commerce, Subscription Commerce, Membership Commerce or E-Commerce. But we are also able to use to deliver intelligent business automation processes, to specific business areas. The result is that we are able to deliver business process automation, Business Process Automation (BPA), Business process management (BPM) as well as Autonomous business processes (ABP), for business areas such as Executive, Unified Commerce, Subscription Commerce, Customer Automation, Product Information Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Human
Resource Management, Finance, Compliance, and security.
